Distilled with love and passion, it’s the spirit of Poltergeist.

Produced in small batches, with a full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals. Earthy and robust with Tasmanian native pepper berries, citrus and nutty with a long lingering finish.

Enjoy over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.

Poltergeist Gin - Unfiltered

Robust. Botanical. Unique. Full Flavoured.

Handcrafted in small batches in our Tasmanian made copper pot still.

The 12 botanicals are macerated in the still for over 20 hours, with the subsequent still run taking 12-to-14 hours.

Running off the still at 78%, Poltergeist Unfiltered is then cut to 46% with Tasmanian mountain water.
