The duration of tours is variable depending on how many people attend and how many questions there are but please allow yourself 90 minutes for a tour and tasting. 

Our experienced guide will take you behind the scenes on a whisky making adventure - from Barley to Barrel.

Understand the importance of and the techniques used by our crafts people in the milling - mashing - fermenting - distillation - and barrelling process.

Taste and nose the raw material used - barley - wort - wash - spirit - cask. Taste matured whiskey from the bottle and from the cask.

Learn about Tasmania’s first automated and integrated turnkey distillery.

Our founder John Ibrahim refers to it as ‘the Rolls Royce of all whisky Distilleries” - John is very proud and may be a little bias - you be the judge!!

Tour also includes a tasting experience of Callington Mill Single Malt Whiskies, with four 15ml tastes of our infamous Single Malt.

• Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking, with a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
• Rescheduling is not permitted.
