Shipping policy

All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Proof of age and signature are required as per liquor license regulations in place. 

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday. If sending goods to your place of work (or a business), please be sure to include the business name and level.

For metro delivery, we suggest allowing up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

For delivery outside of metro areas, we suggest allowing up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your parcel was booked with transit cover, then we can assist you in lodging a claim with the courier.

The risk of delivery is passed on to the buyer when the parcels are handed to the courier.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, please contact Australia Post using the link sent to you upon dispatch.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For international shipping, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
