Seven years ago, Callington Mill set out to reimagine Australian whisky.
To mark this milestone, we invite you to an intimate anniversary evening at MACq 01, Hobart.
Guests will be welcomed to a seated seven-course degustation dinner, celebrating the people, craft and casks that have shaped the journey so far.
Attendees will also be the first to taste and the first to acquire The Seventh Anniversary Release, unveiled exclusively on the night prior to its public release.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with our single malts:
Amphora paired through snacks and entrée
Pedro Ximénez paired with the main courses
The Seventh Anniversary Release paired with dessert
Your evening includes a two-hour classic open bar service alongside the paired whisky experience.
An evening designed to be shared, savoured and remembered.
Dietary requirements will be collected at the time of booking.
Limited seating ensures an intimate, premium experience.

- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will incur a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, no-shows, or last-minute modifications are non-refundable and will forfeit full payment
