Prefer gin? The Poltergeist Gin Tasting Flight ($20) takes you through three 15ml tastings from our Poltergeist range, each built around unique Tasmanian botanicals, with our Citrus Gin named Best London Dry Style Gin in Australia at the World Gin Awards and our Barrel Aged Gin taking Silver at the 2025 Australian Gin Awards. And if you can't choose between the two, our Mixed Flight ($30) gives you the best of both worlds with two 15ml whiskies and two 15ml gins.

with a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
