HOW TO MAKE A BRAMBLE
A modern classic that’s tart, fruity and incredibly sippable.

Ingredients:
45ml Poltergeist Unfiltered Gin
22.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
10ml Crème de Mûre (float)
Top up with Soda
Glassware:
Highball
Method:
Add gin, lemon juice, syrup and ice into cocktail shaker.
Shake.
Strain over ice in tall glass.
Float Crème de Mûre on top.
Garnish with fresh lemon.
