Warm and aromatic on the nose, with vanilla and toasted oak alongside the signature Tasmanian pepper berry spice. The palate is smooth and layered — botanicals softened by oak, with caramel, dried fruit and gentle spice emerging through the finish. Long, warm and deeply satisfying.
