Zesty, sparkling and impossibly elegant.

Ingredients:
30ml Poltergeist Unfiltered Gin
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Top with Sparkling Wine (around 120ml)
Glassware:
Flute
Method:
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup with ice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake.
Double strain into flute. (No ice)
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with lemon twist.
