Two of Tasmania's great producers, one table. Callington Mill and Frogmore Creek are teaming up for a night of food, wine and whisky at our Hobart House of Whisky & Dining at MACq 01.
Start with a welcome drink and canapés on the deck, then settle into the Lounge for a six-course set menu. Frogmore Creek Senior Winemaker Alain Rousseau will introduce each wine, served alternately with a selection of our internationally awarded single malt whiskies.
It's a rare chance to taste the best of Tasmanian wine and whisky side by side, with the people who make them.
Wines and whiskies are served alternately through the evening.
Frogmore Creek Senior Winemaker Alain Rousseau hosts the evening and introduces each wine: the 2023 Frogmore Creek Cuvée (new release) on arrival, then the 2025 Riesling, 2025 Pinot Noir (new release) and 2018 Single Block Series Cabernet Franc, matched to the menu.
