In 1837, Callington Mill was built for two reasons - to legally grind flour and to illegally made whisk. Nearly 200 years later, we're proud to present our flagship single malt whisky, made with local barley and pristine highland water perfectly crafted, perfectly legal.

Quagmire - Quagmire, our Peated Single Malt Whisky, emerges as an exploration beyond tradition. Born from a change of heart, it delicately navigates the soft, yielding terrain, offering a subtle symphony of flavours that challenge and enchant the palate.
El Sol - Matured in ex-Sherry fortified wine casks from Jerez, Spain, El Sol is a well-rounded, rich, smooth, and complex whisky that celebrates the bright summer sun of Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia. The oak casks, previously used for maturing a variety of Sherries such as Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Fino, and Moscatel, impart a luscious and full-textured profile to this single malt. El Sol boasts an enticing aroma of flavours of dried fruits, crème brûlée, coffee, cacao, and dark chocolate, culminating in a lingering finish that captivates the senses.
Solera - Solera embraces the masterful Sherry maturation tradition of Jerez De La Frontera from Andalusia Spain. Drawing from this legacy, our whisky undergoes an intricately complex ancient maturation process across a variety of casks combined with a fractional blending system designed to unite a spectrum of vintages of various aged, delivering a timeless whisky with unrivalled complexity and elegance. Delightful deep gold, ruby to chestnut in colour bursting in aromas and hints of cherry, black current and wild fruit. Notes of wild herbs and fruit deliver a vigorous yet graceful drop - A truly noble Single Malt Whisky.
