HOW TO MAKE A DIRTY MARTINI
A savoury, briny twist on a timeless icon.

Ingredients:
60ml Poltergeist Unfiltered Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Olive Brine
Glassware:
Nick and Nora
Method:
Add gin, vermouth, olive brine with ice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake.
Strain into chilled glass. (No ice)
Garnish with three green olives on a stainless steel pick.
