Ingredients:
30ml Poltergeist Barrel-Aged Gin
30mlCallington Mill Distillery Enigma Single Malt Whisky
10ml Amaro
5ml Maple Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Glassware:
Tumbler

Method:
Add all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass.
Stir.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Express orange peel over the top.
Garnish with orange spiral.
