TASTING NOTES

Colour: Golden hues with subtle variations.

Nose: A symphony of aromas featuring burnt orange, caramel, and nutmeg intertwined with dried figs, marzipan, and roasted tobacco.

Palate: Delicate and soft, offering layers of raisins, dried sultanas, and tropical fruits. Fresh strawberry notes blend seamlessly with dry oak and spice, leading to subtle orange tones and a soft peppery bitterness.

Finish: Light and nuanced, with whispers of burnt orange and soft spices transitioning to woody dryness.

Great whiskey!!! Very smooth on the palette and a true enjoyment. My wife enjoys the sweetness,balance and the boldness of the whiskey. The colour shows the maturation of the cherry cask that it was stored in accentuating the intense flavour. Can't praise enough!
