The heart of the Callington Mill range — and the perfect introduction to award-winning Tasmanian single malt whisky.
Shaped by Tasmania's cool climate and pure highland air, Enigma is aged in Ex-Sherry oak casks from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain and Ex-Port oak casks from the Douro Valley, Portugal — two of the world's great fortified wine regions, brought together in one Tasmanian glass.
On the nose, burnt orange, caramel and nutmeg open into dried figs and marzipan. The palate is soft and approachable — raisins, tropical fruit and fresh strawberry — with a light, spiced finish of woody dryness and whispers of pepper.
Awarded Gold at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards and Silver at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The perfect first chapter in the Callington Mill story.

Palate: Delicate and soft, offering layers of raisins, dried sultanas, and tropical fruits. Fresh strawberry notes blend seamlessly with dry oak and spice, leading to subtle orange tones and a soft peppery bitterness.
