The Audacity Single Malt Whisky is the jewel in the crown of the 'Leap of Faith' series. Callington Mill acquired this Old Kempton Distilled spirit, initially aged in 20L Australian Tawny and Apera casks. The whisky matured further in 300L white fortified casks from the Rutherglen region in Victoria. Audacity is a deep amber Tasmanian Whisky that provides intense and powerful notes of vanilla custard, cocoa and tobacco.

Awarded Bronze at the 2022 International Wine & Spirit Competition. The judges noted the Single Malt Whisky to have a “coffee nose developing into caramel and toffee. Rich fudge on the finish.”
