Solera Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky
Description
The Solera method is one of whisky's oldest and most revered secrets. At Callington Mill Distillery, we've made it our own.
Taking inspiration from centuries of Spanish sherry-making tradition, our Solera Tasmanian single malt whisky embraces layered maturation — a technique that blends wisdom and time into every drop. Tasmania's cool climate and pristine highland water slow the process, allowing complexity to build naturally over time.
Honeycomb and caramel lead on the nose, with a rich, sweet palate of dried fruit, Christmas cake and warming spice. The finish is long and complex — the kind of Tasmanian single malt that makes you pause and pour another.
A multiple international award winner. A whisky built on tradition and shaped by Tasmania.
Natural colour. Non-chill filtered. Full term ageing. First fill, wet freshly decanted casks.
