This abstract Single Malt whisky is named Entropy and was painted on a canvas of distilled spirit crafted by Old Kempton Distillery under the watchful eye of business partners John Ibrahim and Bill Lark.

This distinguished Tasmanian Whisky was initially aged in small Tawny & Apera casks and then further evolved in a combination of Tokay, Muscat and Muscadelle Casks from the Rutherglen region in Victoria.

Entropy's polished mahogany glow results from the rich and decadent notes of rhubarb crumble, marmalade and maple syrup.

Awarded Silver at the 2022 International Wine & Spirit Competition, with a score of 90. The judges noted the Single Malt Whisky to portray “burnt toast on the nose with hints of wood, spice and all things nice. Aromatics of coffee creams, red fruits. A good all-round palate with richness and sweetness.”

The IWSC describes the spirits awarded Silver to be “accomplished with good balance, strong character and good complexity. A classic example of its style or variety”.
