Callington Mill is proud to announce the release of our very first Single Malt Whisky - Cask No. 1. This is a momentous occasion for us.
Only 65 individual numbered bottles are available making this a truly limited edition release, which by its very nature, can never be repeated again.
This release celebrates and defines what to expect from a Callington Mill Single Malt. Cask No. 1 previously matured a fusion of Oloroso & Pedro Ximenez, from the renowned Sherry Triangle region in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Callington Mill commissioned Simon Ancher Studio to hand craft 65 Tasmanian Huon Pine is the price of Tasmanian timbers - golden in colour the wood contains a natural preserving oil which an unmistakable perfume - a perfect collaboration with our rich dark mahogany coloured, complex, and viscous single malt.
Callington Mill is a historic site of great significance - this release marks a significant milestone in our history and we invite you to own a piece of that history.
