Fusion is the deliberate marriage of Ex-Port casks from Portugal and Ex-Sherry casks from Spain — a pairing that produces a whisky greater than either cask could achieve alone. Matured in Tasmania's cool midlands climate, where the highland air draws out depth and complexity over time.
Dark in colour and velvety in texture, Fusion opens with cacao and dried fruits, deepening on the palate into dark berry, rich spice and vanilla. The finish is long, warm and deeply satisfying — a whisky built for those who want more.

This exciting release is a marriage made in heaven, marrying the flavours of whisky matured in ex-Port and Sherry Casks - delivering elegance and complexity that explodes on the palate.
Experience the delightful combination of cacao and dried fruits, followed by a tantalising finish of spice and vanilla. A melody of flavours that will leave you salivating.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Golden straw.
Nose: Banoffee pie, Chinese five spice, dark rum and raisin chocolate, sweet almond with hints of dried cherry and blackcurrant, with a sweet oak influence.
Palate: Earthy and gamey tones at the front of the palate with sweet, dark cacao, coffee, and cigar notes. Delicate layers of oak, sweet, dark fruit, and spiced tea cake that persist on the palate.
Finish: Long and smooth with lingering banana, dark blackberry, spice, and toasted oak characters.
Cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Fino, Moscatel, Ruby Port, White Port and Madeira Port.
