Matured in premium Ex-Port casks — Ruby, White, Tawny and Madeira — sourced from Porto, Portugal, Invicta carries the rich, viscous character of some of the world's finest fortified wines, reshaped by Tasmania's cool highland climate into something entirely its own. On the nose, blackberry and dried figs. On the palate, cinnamon, dark chocolate and a silky-smooth finish that lingers long after the glass is empty. Oily in texture. Luxurious in character.

Introducing a full-bodied, rich single malt whisky, matured in ex-Port fortified wine casks from Porto, Portugal. Invicta, is a nickname in Portuguese meaning "invincible" - a whisky that won't be defeated. With luxurious blends of flavours such as blackberry, dried figs, cinnamon, nuts, and chocolate, this vibrant whisky offers a silky-smooth finish. The quality ex-oak casks previously held an assortment of ports, including Ruby, White, Tawny, and Madeira, which contribute to the whisky's viscous, oily, and silky texture. TASTING NOTES
Colour: Rich golden brown.
Nose: Toasty oak and struck match give way to toasted caramel, marshmallow, jammy prunes, apricot, dried fig, coffee, and delicately smoked meats.
Palate: Complex viscosity. Sweet, jammy fruits up front with the oak developing through the mid-palate and hints of dark cocoa and dried fruits rounding out the back palate.
Finish: A sweet, fruity, and cleansing minerality with undertones of cask char result in a smooth and delicate finish.
Cask: Ruby Port, White Port, Madeira Port.
