3 x 200ml Poltergeist Gin Bottles.
Barrel Aged Gin - Like a genie in a bottle. We rested and aged our unfiltered gin in Oak Casks. The Oak influence has added multiple layers of complexity and maturity, resulting in a multi dimensional gin unparalleled in flavour intricacies. Poltergeist Barrel Aged Gin small batch distilled, then barrel aged to add complexity. It exhibits class earthy flavours of juniper and Tasmanian Pepper berry, highlighted by notes of cola and oak drawn from the barrel. Best served over ice.
Citrus Gin - This gin 'dares to be different', it's bold and courageous. A true explosion of citron flavours. It is an audacious, adventurous and fearless gin. Poltergeist Citrus Gin bursts with citrus notes of lime and orange. This aromatic gin is perfectly served with a splash of your favourite tonic or soda or simple over ice.
Unfiltered Gin - Poltergeist Unfiltered, our signature gin, our flagship gin. Rest assured, the way we make our unfiltered gin has never changed and never will. It remains 'unfiltered' and 'unaltered' using the exactly same secret botanicals 'formula' as the Poltergeist gin you know and love. Distilled with love and passion, it's the spirit of Poltergeist. Produced in small batches, with a full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals. Earthy and robust with Tasmanian native pepper berries, citrus and nutty with a long lingering finish. Enjoy over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.
