The Oak influence has added multiple layers of complexity and maturity, resulting in a multi dimensional gin unparalleled in flavour intricacies. Poltergeist Barrel Aged Gin small batch distilled, then barrel aged to add complexity. It exhibits class earthy flavours of juniper and Tasmanian Pepper berry, highlighted by notes of cola and oak drawn from the barrel. Best served over ice.
