The spirit for the Symmetry Single Malt Whisky was procured from our founder, John Ibrahim's partnership with Bill Lark, the godfather of Tasmanian Whisky at Old Kempton Distillery.

Aged exclusively in 100L Australian Tawny and Apera Casks.

The Aztec gold whisky. Symmetry, depicts notes of stewed apricots and caramel lead into orange peel and maple syrup on the palate.

Awarded Silver at the 2022 International Wine & Spirit Competition, with a score of 91. The judges noted the Single Malt Whisky to offer a "ripe fruit and a sweet undertone of toffee. On the palate, refined and intense caramel popcorn. Finishing with sweet vanilla and a round, buttery aftertaste."

The IWSC describes the spirits awarded Silver to be "accomplished with good balance, strong character and good complexity. A classic example of its style or variety".
