Haggis stuffed chicken, charred leeks and white bean puree, mixed mushroom and sage serve with whisky cream sauce.
CROWN SMOKED OAK LAMB CHOPS (D, GF)
Tassi herb crusted lamb chops, aubergine mashed, roast root vegetables serve with Quagmire whisky jus.
DESSERT
BRULEE BASQUE CHEESECAKE (D, GF)
Molten style burnt cheesecake served with gin coulis berry and vanilla ice cream
LEMON COCONUT TART (D,G)
Tangy lemon curd filling and a touch of coconut, serve with lemon sorbet and dehydrated lemon slice finish.

• Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking,
with a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
• Rescheduling is not permitted.
