Departing Hobart by coach, this immersive whisky experience takes you behind the scenes of one of Australia's most exciting distilleries. Enjoy exclusive sherry and cask tastings, a long-table feast, an introduction to Callington Mill's unique Solera program, and a guided journey from barley to barrel, complete with tasting samples along the way. 10:00 — Depart Hobart
We gather at Brook Street Pier (12 Franklin Wharf) and set off north through the midlands. Settle in, meet your fellow travellers, and let the countryside roll by.

11:30 — The Bond Stores, Shed 15
Our first stop is the historic Bond Stores, where the cask journey begins. Discover the story held within the wood over a tasting of sweet sherry and Palo Cortado, drawn straight from the cask.

12:30 — The Feast
Arrive at the distillery in Oatlands, where a shared feast awaits in the restaurant.

14:00 — The World of Solera
Step into the Solera room to discover the method that defines our whisky, followed by a tasting of the Solera itself.

14:30 — Barley to Barrel
A guided tour and tasting through every stage of the craft — wort, wash and new make — in the Founders Room.

15:30 — Cellar Door
Browse the range and take home a piece of the journey, with 20% off your purchases.

16:00 — Return to Hobart
Reboard for the trip home, departing Oatlands at 16:15 and arriving back at Brook Street Pier around 17:45.
