GRILLED RED PLUM AND STRACCIATELLA SALAD (D, GF)
Seasonal Tassie red plum, mixed greens, miso vinaigrette, home stracciatella cheese, confit cherry tomatoes, prosciutto crisps and drizzled balsamic glazed.

WILD MUSHROOM CROQUETTES (D,GF)
A rich, earthy, and creamy flavour combination, served with black garlic aioli and finished with parmesan.

MAIN COURSE

CHICKEN BALMORAL (D,GF)
Haggis-stuffed chicken, charred leeks, white bean purée, mixed mushrooms, and sage, served with a Blue Lake Lodge whisky cream sauce.

CROWN SMOKED OAK LAMB CHOPS (D, GF)
Tassie herb crusted lamb chops, aubergine mashed, roast root vegetables served with Quagmire whisky jus.

DESSERT

BRULEE BASQUE CHEESECAKE (D, GF)
Molten style burnt cheesecake served with Poltergeist Unfiltered Gin coulis berry and vanilla ice cream.

LEMON COCONUT TART (D,G)
Tangy lemon curd filling with a touch of coconut, served with Poltergeist Unfiltered Gin coulis berry, lemon sorbet and a honey comb tuile.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking,
with a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
• Rescheduling is not permitted.
