This award-winning single malt is matured entirely in rare first-fill Ex-Pedro Ximenez casks — the sun-dried grape casks of Andalusia, Spain, known for producing some of the world's most richly concentrated fortified wines. Tasmania's cool climate and pristine highland air slow the maturation, deepening the character of every drop.
