Poltergeist Unfiltered is the spirit that started it all. Produced in small batches in the classic London Dry style, using the same secret botanical formula it has always used — twelve botanicals, never filtered, never altered. What you taste is exactly what was distilled.
Earthy and robust on the nose, with bold Tasmanian native pepper berries, warming cinnamon and a delicate sweetness from aniseed, layered with bright citrus from lemon myrtle and lemon peel. The palate is vibrant and full-bodied — spice, zesty citrus and a smooth creamy texture from macadamia nuts, anchored by a solid backbone of juniper in the classic London Dry tradition. The finish is robust and lingering, with spice, citrus and earthy richness that stays with you.

Produced in small batches, with a full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals. Earthy and robust with Tasmanian native pepper berries, citrus and nutty with a long lingering finish.

TASTING NOTES
