Pull up a stool with our distiller, Blair Whitehead, for ninety minutes that change the way you drink whisky.

The Callington Mill Whisky Sessions are intimate, unhurried, and led by the person who actually makes the spirit. This first session is your way in. A relaxed conversation through what really defines whisky: the role of oak, the truth behind natural colour and chill filtration, and why first-fill casks matter more than almost anything else in the glass.

You'll taste four signature Callington Mill expressions (PX Sherry Cask, Port & Madeira Release, Cask Strength Town Hall, and Peated Quagmire), paired with a shared cheese board, and finish on our signature Whisky Macchiato.
