Our restaurant will take you on a journey of the Tasmanian experience: world-renowned fresh seafood, locally sourced meat, and fresh produce. There are several vegetarian and gluten-free options available, complemented by a selection of food to enhance your experience and perfectly match our range of whiskies.
WHISKY TASTINGS
For $50 you can enjoy a Whisky Tasting Experience with four 15ml tastes of our Callington Mill Single Malt Whiskies as well as a self guided tour.
Our self guided tours allow you to experience the whisky making process, with interactive stations brought to life by audio, images and video.
